Return & Exchange Policy

At Miruzah, we take pride in the quality of our footwear and bags and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions

  • Customers must inform us of any exchange or return request within 24 to 48 hours of receiving their order in order to register their query or complaint. After the request is registered, the customer is eligible to exchange the product within 7 working days.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and shoe boxes (if applicable) intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges will be made only against available stock at the time of request.

  • Bags and footwear accessories are not eligible for exchange once used.

  • All exchanges will be processed at the current selling price of the item at the time of exchange.

Price Difference

If the new product selected is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange.

Approval & Decision

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Miruzah.
The decision of Miruzah will be final in all matters related to exchange and product eligibility.
