Return & Exchange Policy

At Miruzah, we take great pride in the quality of our footwear and bags. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to help if anything is not right with your order.

Please note that Miruzah does not offer cash refunds. All requests are processed as exchanges only.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

You must inform us of your exchange request within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. After your request is registered, you will have 7 working days to complete the exchange process.

The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and shoe boxes intact.

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of your request.

Bags and footwear accessories are not eligible for exchange once they have been used.

All exchanges will be processed at the current selling price of the item at the time of exchange.

Price Difference

If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange. If the new item is of lower value, no refund or store credit will be issued for the difference.

Exchange Dispatch Time

Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, your replacement order will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery timelines apply as per your location across Pakistan.

Approval and Decision

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Miruzah. Our team will assess each request based on the conditions mentioned above. The decision of Miruzah will be final in all matters related to exchanges and product eligibility.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share your order details, the reason for exchange, and photos of the item if required. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
